Our PROS technicians play a crucial role in documenting the condition of properties at key stages such as move-in, move-out, and periodically throughout the lease term. We pride ourselves on delivering a positive experience for both property owners and tenants, emphasizing respect, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Field Operations: Drive to various properties daily, traveling distances of at least 30 miles from your location.
  • Communication: Maintain stellar communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Property Reports: Conduct thorough reviews of single-family residential properties, focusing on efficient documentation of overall condition and identification of any damages or issues, accompanied by clear comments.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize technology, particularly iPad, proficiently for documentation purposes.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Perform physical tasks such as replacing smoke/CO alarms, air filters, door stops, and more.
  • Schedule Management: Design and plan your schedule, organizing work days and times 30 to 60 days in advance. Balance work and personal life with only 2 Saturdays required per month.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies and guidelines diligently.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to changing weather conditions while completing tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Vehicle, insurance, and License: Possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license, listed as an insured driver.
  • Communication: Have a mobile phone for effective communication between departments via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Skills: While no specific skills are required, potential candidates should demonstrate:
